ZYP Medical ("ZYP Med," "we," "us") offers SMS text messaging to keep patients informed about their healthcare. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.
✉️ Types of Messages
You may receive text messages related to:
- Medication refill reminders and notifications
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Medication check-ins and dosing reminders
- Account notifications (including PIN recovery)
- Important updates about your care
- Shipping and delivery notifications
📊 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your treatment plan and interactions with ZYP Medical. Typically, you may receive 2-8 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active medication adjustments or when refills are due.
✅ Consent & Opt-In
By providing your phone number during patient intake, consultation, or through our patient portal, and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from ZYP Medical at the mobile number provided.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time.
🛑 How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying with any of these keywords:
STOP CANCEL END QUIT UNSUBSCRIBE
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from ZYP Medical unless you opt back in.
Note: Opting out of SMS does not affect your medical care. We will communicate via phone call or email instead.

💰 Costs & Carrier Information
Message and data rates may apply. ZYP Medical does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
SMS messages are supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
🔒 Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
