Starter plans include a one-time consult, billed separately ($50 Deep Dive or $29.99 Power Consult). Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate. All medication sales are final. Affirm pricing is higher because financing costs more to process — you'll always see both figures before you choose.
How Our Pricing Works
Refill pricing is set by your provider-prescribed weekly dose — not a flat monthly fee. Lower doses stretch a vial further, so the price follows how long your supply will actually last. You never pay for more medication than you'll use.
Your Dose Is Verified
At your visit, your provider reviews your history, current dose, and response to treatment. Pricing is based on what's clinically appropriate — not what you self-report.
Supply Matches Dose
A 60 mg vial covers 12 weeks at 5 mg per week, or 6 weeks at 10 mg. We calculate your real supply duration and price the refill against it — and we'll never send more than a 12-week supply.
Nothing Hidden
Refill prices are published up front, and we quote the total alongside the monthly equivalent. If a dose change shortens your supply, you'll hear it from us before it happens — not after.
Refill Pricing
Once you're at a dose that works, you pay for medication — not a subscription. Order month to month, or prepay for two or three months and pay less per month.
Refill pricing requires proof of your current prescription and dose. If you're already an established ZYP patient, we have it on file. If you're transferring from another clinic, send us your most recent prescription or pharmacy record showing your current dose — then you can start at refill pricing instead of a Starter Plan.
Without that documentation, you'll begin with a Starter Plan so your provider can titrate your dose safely.
Supply durations assume you stay at the same dose. If we increase your dose mid-supply, your medication runs out sooner — we'll tell you what that changes before we make the adjustment.

Prescribed above 10 mg? Pricing for 12.5 mg and 15 mg is quoted individually. Send us proof of your active prescription at that dose and we'll price it for you.
Important: Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are prescribed off-label for weight management. Individual results vary. These medications work best alongside a plan that includes nutrition, physical activity, and ongoing provider care. Your ZYP provider evaluates your medical history and determines whether treatment is appropriate — a refill is never automatic, and documentation of a prior prescription does not by itself guarantee one.
How supply is calculated: Week counts assume once-weekly dosing at your prescribed dose, and monthly figures are the total divided by that supply length. We never dispense more than a 12-week supply. If you and your provider agree on spaced dosing, your supply covers more calendar time and we'll price it accordingly.
