You're booked. Here's what happens next.

A confirmation email is on its way with your appointment details. Below is everything you need to be ready — it takes about five minutes.

What to expect

Three things, in order

No surprises, no runaround. If anything below doesn't arrive when it should, text us — we'd rather sort it out early than have you wondering.

1

Your confirmation email

Arriving in the next few minutes with your date, time, and how to join. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam and promotions — then add us to your contacts so the rest gets through.

2

Your health history form

The most important step, and the one below. Your provider reads it before the visit, which means your appointment is spent on your actual questions instead of paperwork.

3

Your visit

Virtual patients get a secure video link before the appointment. In-person visits are at our Gretna clinic — 11922 Standing Stone Dr, Suite 200. Either way, plan for a real conversation rather than a rushed check-in.

Complete your health history before your visit.

This is the one thing we'd ask you to do today. It covers your medical history, medications, and what you're hoping to work on — and it's what lets your provider come to the visit already knowing your situation. Peptide therapy has real contraindications, so this form is also how we make sure it's safe for you.

Complete My Health History Takes about 5 minutes

Have these ready

Whether you're joining by video or coming in, these three things make the visit far more useful.

Everything you take Prescriptions, over-the-counter products, vitamins, supplements, protein or pre-workout powders — including anything you take only occasionally. Supplements are where unexpected interactions hide, so don't leave them out.
Recent labs, if you have them Bloodwork from the last six months can save you the cost of repeating a panel and gives your provider a baseline to work from. A photo of the results page is fine.
What you're actually after In your own words. "My shoulder never came back after last year" is more useful to us than a peptide name you read about. We'll work backward from the goal to the right protocol.

One thing worth saying up front

Booking a consult doesn't guarantee a prescription. Your provider may decide peptide therapy isn't the right fit for you based on your history, your medications, or your goals — and if that's the answer, you'll get it straight, along with what we'd suggest instead. That's a normal outcome here, not a failed visit.
