ZYP Medical Membership & Refill Policy

Monthly Membership

  • $99/month membership includes access to provider-guided GLP-1, TRT, and wellness services.

  • New Patients: A 3-month minimum membership commitment is required upon enrollment.

  • Ongoing Care: After the initial 3 months, a 2-month commitment is required with each new medication order.

  • Membership payments are billed automatically every month on the same day as your first payment.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA. You authorize ZYP to securely store and bill your payment method.

  • Missed payments result in immediate suspension of services, including prescription refills.

Medication Refills

  • Medication refills are dispensed one vial at a time, unless a larger quantity is deemed clinically necessary by your provider.

  • Medication supply will not exceed 12 weeks (3 months) per refill.

  • Vial duration is determined by your weekly dosage—higher doses will shorten how long a vial lasts.

  • Your provider will guide you on expected vial duration based on your treatment plan.

  • You will always receive a refill before the vial expires—eliminating concerns about beyond-use dates (BUDs).

Membership Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to Josh@ZYPmed.com or by phone.

  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before your next 2-month billing cycle.

  • If you order medication, you agree to remain in active membership for 2 billing cycles (2 months) after each order—this does not stack over time.

  • Once canceled, any complimentary services (e.g., follow-ups, urgent care visits) tied to your membership are void.

  • We do not refund membership fees for unused time or partially completed billing periods.

Disclaimers

  • ZYP is not liable for lost or stolen medications or supplies, nor responsible for any financial losses resulting from orders or cancellations.

  • By enrolling, you agree to be under the clinical care of ZYP providers and to follow provider instructions for safe and appropriate use of medications.
